About Course

This qualitative analysis course offers a comprehensive exploration of data collection, analysis, and reporting using leading tools like MAXQDA, Kobo Collect, and advanced report writing techniques. Students will learn how to design and deploy surveys with Kobo Collect for efficient mobile data gathering, analyze qualitative data using MAXQDA’s powerful coding and visualization features, and craft insightful reports that effectively communicate findings. The course integrates practical exercises and real-world applications, equipping students with the skills to manage qualitative research projects from data collection through to impactful reporting.

Setup and Installation: Create an account and install Kobo Collect.
Form Creation: Design and build survey forms for qualitative research, incorporating various question types and form logic.
Form Deployment: Deploy forms to Kobo Collect for data collection, both online and offline.
Data Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze collected data to integrate mobile data collection into your research.
Practical Exercises: Engage in hands-on activities and real-world examples to solidify skills in designing, deploying, and analyzing qualitative surveys.
